You don’t have to benefit from it. This is not aboutbecoming healthy or becoming enlightened or reaching heaven-this is justwasting time. Just learn to waste some time meditating every day. Nothing needsto happen. If you look for the takeaway, you will only take petty things. Thereal thing will never come with you. If you want the real thing, you just haveto drop this one simple calculation. If you just pull the plug, if you justdestroy this one calculation, the very foundations of the mind are taken away. 在冥想中,对象的真实本性放出光芒,不再受感知者的心的扭曲。
冥想是一种感知状态。最高的冥想是由真我与宇宙联合而产生真理、明辨、喜乐的知觉。
冥想字面上的解释:冥,就是泯灭。想,就是你的思维、思虑,冥想就是把你要想的念头、思虑给去掉,找到感知。
随时随地可以进入无思虑的这种状态。
冥想是从我们身体的可控部分为入口的。例如:把手做一个高度的弯曲,当你弯曲伸展,伸展到极限的时候,思维在这个时候就停止了。
冥想的锻炼实际上是通过控制身体感觉切断思维。当思维切断的时候,有一种能量自动流淌,进入感知,这种感知是智慧的,摆脱了对所见所闻之物的欲望。感知和思维是很难同时存在的,当思维存在太厉害的时候感知就会消失。
冥想,并非坐在一个地方才能冥想,也不一定需要闭上眼睛。冥想,是一种境界,而不是一种方式。

冥想(Meditation)是古老的东方修行方式,先是印度僧侣修行,后传入中国,融入各种门派,成为一种修行方式。

目前国际上普遍将冥想分为两大类:正念式(Mindfulness)和聚焦式(Concentrative attention)。前者强调冥想时有意识地将注意力维持在当前内在,并对任何升起的念头和感受都以知晓,不作任何判断,即正念冥想。

我们目前接触到的冥想,大都属于正念冥想,它有三大要素:
有意识地觉察;专注于当下;不主观评判。

也就是说,正念冥想,是对脑海里升起的每个念头都加以知晓,而不是去想着如何赶走它们。害怕也是一种念头或感觉,不用担心,也不用去回避,就静静的观察它。

如果这种害怕的念头让你的不适感不断加深,试试把注意力转移一下,比如转移到自己的呼吸,去关注呼吸时的各种细节感觉。当你关注于呼吸时,你的精力已全部到这里了,害怕的感觉自然也就消失了。
